I have practised as an independent attorney since 2020. I personally advise businesses, founders and individuals on contracts, business transactions and criminal law matters.
Contract law is at the heart of my practice.
I advise businesses, founders and individuals on drafting and negotiating their contracts. My particular areas of experience include IT and SaaS, acquisitions, equity investments and real estate. I also practise criminal law, especially in matters arising in the digital sphere.
